Jazz Series

The Department of Jazz Studies showcases some of the genre's famed royalty during the 2016-17 CCM Concert Series. Under the direction of CCM Professors Scott Belck and Craig Bailey, CCM’s jazz ensembles present eight major concerts from Sept. 18, 2016, through April 16, 2017.

Single tickets are $15 general admission, $10 for non-UC students and FREE for UC students with valid ID.

CCM is honored to host its second annual Essentially Ellington Festival, sponsored by Wynton Marsalis’ Jazz at Lincoln Center. This daylong event features the region’s top high school jazz ensembles. The gala concert will feature the CCM Jazz Orchestra plus a very special guest from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.
