Jacqueline Kitzmiller began studying the violin when she was 4 years old. She has attended the School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where she soloed with the Chamber Orchestra in the 4th grade, performing solo first violin in the Bach “Double” Concerto for two violins. She has been a member of the Cincinnati Junior Strings for 4 years, participating in their 2004, 25th Anniversary Australian Tour, and was named concertmaster this past year. Jacqueline has been a student of Gabriel Pegis, principal second violin in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, since 2002 and attends Walnut Hills High School, where she will be entering the 8th grade this fall. In addition to the Accent 06 program, Jacqueline has participated in the Norse Festival, Interlochen Arts Camp, and will be attending the Indiana University String Academy in Bloomington, IN this summer.
