Rachel Hixon is an oboe performance major at CCM and studies with Mark Ostoich. Past teachers include Bob Burks of the Chattanooga Symphony and Philip Barnard. Rachel is an alumnus of Interlochen Arts Camp and the Tennessee Governor’s School for the Arts.
