Summer at CCM Prep
CCM Prep is excited to announce its lineup of 2012 summer workshops here on the CCM campus (see below). In addition to these programs, we will be offering camps for younger students at the UC Blue Ash campus. NEW this year is our adult theatre arts camp hosted by the Sycamore Senior Center!
Students in the 2011 Showbiz Kids camp program put their spin on "101 Dalmatians."
Our highly skilled and talented faculty lead all the workshops and camps. Guest instructors include CCM faculty, CSO musicians, area performers and specialists. You can be assured of the highest quality of teaching throughout our program.
We offer a $25 discount to most of our summer programs. The discount is for current CCM Prep students, additional family members, UC employees, and Clifton area hospital employees. Please note each specific program for discount information.
All day programs require students to bring a lunch. All students should bring a water bottle and a healthy snack. Required clothing or supplies needed are included in the specific camp descriptions.
Registration forms for music are available here, for theatre arts classes here, and for dance here. You may now register and pay for any programs that do not have an audition. For programs requiring an audition, follow the application directions in the program description.

Before the summer programs start, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your registration and additional information pertinent to your program.
Doing the paperwork
If you're enrolling in one of CCM Prep's summer programs, you'll need to complete some simple forms for students' safety and convenience.
► All students under age 18 must have a completed medical form on file. Please click here to complete.
► All students younger than high school age must have the alternate pick-up form completed. No child will be released to someone who has not been authorized to pick up the student. Please complete this form before the first day of camp.
► Registration forms for music are available here, for theatre arts classes here, and for dance here. You may now register and pay for any programs that do not have an audition. For programs requiring an audition, follow the application directions in the program description.
► To apply for on-campus housing during one of the summer camps running from June 17 to June 29, please click here. Housing is an additional cost to the summer program. CCM Prep has its own chaperones and supervised activities for students who choose to stay in the dorm. Pages for the participating camps offer additional housing information, or you can phone 513-556-2595 if you have questions. Housing is also available for adults enrolled in the Guitar Workshop in July.

Seeking student apprentices
Are you a high school student and interested in apprenticing with our summer program? Earn community service hours and also tuition credit for your study here at CCM Prep. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible high school students to assist with our programs both here and at our UC Blue Ash site. Please click here for more information and an application. All younger students are chaperoned at all times and escorted to and from their car at the beginning and end of each camp day.

Audition
deadline

If you missed the March 24 live audition deadline for the High School Musical Theatre Workshop, you still can audition by sending in a DVD by April 6. The DVD should show you performing two contrasting songs and a one-minute monologue. You can drop off your DVD with necessary information for Dee Anne Bryll at CCM Prep offices on the CCM campus, or send the DVD to Bryll c/o CCM Prep, P.O. Box 210236, Cincinnati, OH 45221-0236.

Looking for a few good apprentices
Apprentices, also known as our camp counselors, are an integral part of the CCM Prep program. These students are accomplished in their own right as performing artists and have a background working with children. They serve as role models for our young artists and support them in the day‐to‐day camp and performing activities.
