We believe that performing is an essential element of music education. All music students are encouraged to perform in scheduled recitals throughout the academic year. We also encourage students to participate in the Carnegie Hall Royal Conservatory Achievement Program, an outside evaluation process. In addition, there are several ensembles as well as school-wide performances and chamber music opportunities. Private lesson discounts are offered to students in selected ensembles.

There are scholarship, honor and concerto festivals for music students, as well as master classes taught by outstanding performing artists/ teachers. We encourage our students to perform in one of our several ensemble opportunities in order to give young musicians the opportunity to experience ensemble techniques, and to perform a wide variety of repertoire.
