Please follow these steps for a successful registration:

Continuing students:

Returning CCM Prep students using the new payment service for the first time should enter the e-mail they have provided to us for the user name.  If you are unsure or get an error, call the CCM Prep office at 513-556-2595.  The password for first-time users is Prep1234 (case-sensitive). For privacy reasons, please change your password as soon as possible.

Please check the student information we have downloaded from our existing files and update any errors or outdated information. If you have been provided a University of Cincinnati ID card for access to Memorial Hall please enter the “M number” from the card into the appropriate box. While in your account you will see links on the right top to add students to your account.  Please make sure all siblings have their own account under a “group account." New students:

If you have not been enrolled with CCM Prep previously, please click Login on the registration form. On the right is a box for new registrants. Please click “New Accounts” and complete all the information that is marked with an asterisk (*). If you are an employee of University of Cincinnati or of any of the Clifton-area hospitals please be sure to complete the work e-mail at the bottom of the page. This will be used for your discount verification.
       
Browse our offerings: 

On the left side of the registration form you will see categories of our course offerings. Selecting a category from that list will take you to the selection of courses in that category and additional information on the courses. You may type a keyword into the search box to find classes having that word in the title.

To select the class and add it to your shopping cart, click on the left link marked “register now”.  From that screen you can “continue shopping” or go to checkout. After selecting the courses, you can continue to enroll in additional classes or enroll additional students.   
    
Private Lessons:

Semesters are 15 weeks long. Faculty whose students require fewer than 15 lessons must first get approval from CCM Prep Director Amy Dennison. Once approval is given, lessons may be taken in 5- and 10-lesson increments. Also offered are two-pack and 4-pack 30-minute lessons. Trial lessons (registation fee required) are also available. All new students wishing to enroll in private lessons must contact Peggy Grant at 513-556-2637 or by e-mail at peggy.grant@uc.edu before registering and review our Private Lessons page.
    
Pay for one, pay for all:

Families now can pay all at once for all students they are enrolling or can arrange payments. Contact Elizabeth Boland at 513-556-9467 or by-email at elizabeth.boland@uc.edu  if you would like to make more than two payments. (The two-payment plan incurs a one-time $20 fee.)

We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. If you wish to pay using a check, cash or money order, please select the “pay later” option at the point of checkout and your registration will be entered as “pending”.  When we receive your payment and apply it in the office, your registration will be complete. You will receive a confirming e-mail for your registration upon completion of the payment screen and when the account receives any other payments.
    
Discounts:

University of Cincinnati/Hospital employees: CCM Prep offers 10-percent discounts for University of Cincinnati and area hospital employees. In their account setup, qualifiying applicants should enter their work e-mail address so we can verify status. This will be entered as a coupon on the checkout page. If you do not receive an e-mail with the proper code, please contact Elizabeth Boland at 513-556-9467 or by-email at elizabeth.boland@uc.edu.

Ensembles and Private Lessons: At the first meeting of each ensemble, a coupon code will be provided to members of the ensemble for 20 percent off lessons on the instrument they play in the ensemble.

Dance Combo:  A discount will automatically be applied during the checkout process when registering for Ballet and  Musical Theatre Dance Classes.

Family Discount: This will be entered as a coupon on the checkout page. If you do not receive an e-mail with the proper code, please contact Elizabeth Boland at 513-556-9467 or by-email at elizabeth.boland@uc.edu.
