The CCM Preparatory Department is one of few multi-arts community-based programs in the country that are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music, Schools of Theater and Schools of Dance. This accreditation assures you that our program, facilities, faculty and operations meet national standards of excellence. Summer program features

► Learning opportunities at both the CCM main campus and University of Cincinnati’s Blue Ash campus;
► $25 discounts for current CCM Prep students, UC staff, additional family members and area hospital employees (some restrictions apply);
► Easy online registration for each camp.

What you should know

► Each camp has a minimum and maximum enrollment. Some camps reach the maximum quickly. Please follow the directions for each specific camp to ensure a space in or audition for your desired program. Sign-up deadlines have passed for some programs, but call CCM Preparatory offices at 513-556-2595 to find out whether special arrangements to attend can be made.
► Tuition for programs that do not require an audition must be paid at the time of registration.
► There is no refund for summer workshops except for medical emergencies, in which case a doctor’s written note must be provided.
► Each qualifying student can claim only one discount.
► Each participant will receive detailed information via e-mail and additional forms before classes start. It is critical that you include an active e-mail address on your registration form. All individuals under age 18 must file a completed medical form prepared by a parent or guardian.

Apprentice program

Apprentices, aka our "Camp Counselors," are an integral part of the CCM Preparatory program. These students are accomplished in their own right as performing artists and have a background working with children. They serve as role models for our young artists and support them in day-to-day camp and performing activities. If you would like to apply for an apprentice position for our summer camps, please fill out and submit an Application and Information form. All students interested in applying must be at least 14 years old as of June 1, 2013. To assist with Camp Curtain Call, students must be at least 15 years old.
