The CCM Computer Technology Department maintains and troubleshoots more than 400 computers, installs and updates UC supported software , and installs and supports new computer equipment. The department consists of two full-time employees and several part-time student employees.
As part of the new hire process, all UC Faculty and Staff are automaticly provided an e-mail address for conducting university business. This e-mail address is maintained by UCIT. More information can be found on UCIT's E-Mail Services website. Student Workers and Graduate Assistants As are also eligble for ucmail exchange accounts.
The procedure for getting phone services can be found on the UCit's website. In addition to general phone service, this site also addresses questions related to long distance and voice mail.
CCM IT maintains a Service Desk for all initial IT Support concerns. The CCM IT Service Desk can be reached by emailing email@example.com or by calling 513-556-6806.
CCM IT has a pool of loaner laptops available for faculty. In order to borrow a laptop, contact CCM IT at least 3 working days before you need the equipment.
CCM Computer Laboratory (3207 Mary Emery Hall)
The CCM Computer Laboratory (MEH 3207) is an instructional classroom outfitted with computers and supported with ITIE Funds.
Faculty members are permitted to reserve the Computer Laboratory for teaching technology related to classes either as a regular class or for single use. When not reserved the Computer Lab is open to all CCM Students. To reserve the computer lab please fill out the form and you will be contacted.
CCM Smart Classrooms
Smart Classrooms can be reserved for recurring class use through Trina Williams at 556-9475. For one-time or limited use, Smart Classrooms are reserved through the CCM Scheduling Office.

Storage space is provided for for individual faculty and staff members, as well as shared shared storage for departments and classes upon request. Please fill out the request form
Webspace, Wikis, and Blogs
CCM IT does not provide webserver space or software for wikis or blogs. UCIT provides this service through UCFileSpace for both individual students, student groups and classes.
