CCM Summer Youth and Teen Programs

Registration and FAQ


All students participating in Summer 2017 at CCM Preparatory must register online and submit a completed Medical Form and Alternalte Pick Up Authorization to the office. Tuition payments for summer programs are due at the time of registration.

After registering online, submit completed forms to CCM Preparatory by email, mail, or in person.

For any programs that require auditions, we recommend registering only after acceptance has been confirmed.

Private Lesson students should contact Peggy Grant, music registrar by email or 513-556-2637, to register for lessons during the summer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do youth and teen summer programs take place?

In addition to a wide variety of programs in all disciplines at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, we are offering theatre arts programs at Cincinnati Country Day School (Indian Hill), Mt. Washington School (Mt. Washington) and St. Thomas Episcopal Church (Terrace Park), as well as music camps at Kings High School (Kings Hill) and The School for the Creative and Performing Arts (Over the Rhine).

When should I register?

We recommend registering as soon as you are able. Online registration is now available for many of our youth and teen summer programs--click here to be directed to online registration.

For any program that requires an audition, we recommend registering only after acceptance has been confirmed. Please note that all students will be required to have a completed Medical Form and Alternate Pick Up Authorization on file.

Do you offer discounts?

There are no discounts for youth and teen summer programs.

Do you have a program where teens may work over the summer for community service or in exchange for a tuition credit?

Yes. Our Apprentices are an integral part of summer programs at CCM Preparatory. These students are serve as role models for our young artists and support them in the day-to-day camp and performing activities. For full details, including minimum age requirements, tuition credit details and the application, please download the 2017 Apprentice Application.

Apprentice Applications must be returned to to Amy Dennison, Program Manager, no later than April 15, 2017. A letter of reference from someone not affiliated with Preparatory and Community Engagement must be included with the completed application.

Are refunds offered?

There are no refunds for summer programs, except for medical emergencies. A doctor’s written note must be provided when requesting a refund.
