Arts Administration

About the Program

CCM, in partnership with UC's nationally ranked Lindner College of Business, boasts one of the few MA/MBA graduate arts administration programs in the United States. The program aims to train future CEOs and senior managers of nonprofit arts institutions. This rigorous 2-year program accepts approximately 8-10 students each year.

Beyond the Classroom

The arts administration program places a strong emphasis on acquiring real-world experience. Students are expected to hold an internship each semester with an arts organization within Cincinnati. In the summer between the first and second year, students work full time at summer internships in organizations all over the country.

After Graduation

Many alumni go on to prestigious positions in both small and large not-for-profit arts organizations, while others start their own organizations. Read about their professional experiences on our Featured Alumni page.
