Update: March 9, 2023
CCM's ticketing website is back online after an incident impacting AudienceView, the third-party vendor that CCM uses for event ticketing.
Online sales are still paused, but in-person and phone sales for ALL CCM events are now available.
Our performance operating procedures for this week's events can now proceed as normal. Performances include:
- March 8-10: Transmigration at Liberty Exhibition Hall
- March 10-11: Musical Theatre Senior Showcase at Patricia Corbett Theater
- March 10: CCM Wind Symphony concert at Corbett Auditorium
- March 12: Cincinnati Youth Choir concert at Corbett Auditorium
If you already have printed or digital tickets for this week's events: please bring those tickets with you to the theater and we will seat you as normal. There is no longer a need for you to go to the Box Office first when you arrive on campus.
If you purchased tickets for any of the above events in person or over the phone this week: please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than usual for your performance. Proceed to the CCM Box Office first when you arrive on campus so that we can provide you with a physical ticket. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Phone and in-person sales for all CCM events will resume when the Box Office opens at 1 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by credit card over the phone at 513-556-4183 or in person at the CCM Box Office. In-person purchases can also be made by cash or check.

Update: March 1, 2023
Dear valued patrons,
We would like to alert you to an incident we were recently made aware of impacting AudienceView, the third-party vendor that CCM uses for event ticketing. AudienceView hosts CCM’s online box office, which is normally accessed by visiting https://ccmonstage.universitytickets.com or ccmonstage.uc.edu.
AudienceView has informed its clients, including CCM, that it has noticed a security incident with the company’s “campus” ticketing platform for colleges and universities. It is our understanding that because of this incident, AudienceView has restricted all access to its campus platform as a precaution.
As a result, according to AudienceView, CCM’s ticketing website is expected to be unavailable for the next 4-6 days. AudienceView has launched a status update page to provide additional information, which can be found here.
This was an entirely external incident isolated to AudienceView’s systems. None of CCM’s or UC’s internal systems, software or processes were involved.
While AudienceView is still investigating this incident, they have told us that CCM’s patrons’ data has not been compromised.
Have You Already Purchased Tickets For This Week’s Productions?
For patrons who have already purchased tickets to this week’s productions of the Student Choreographers’ Showcase and Cinderella: please know that we still have a record of your purchases. If possible, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than usual for your performance.
- If you already have printed tickets: please bring those tickets with you to the theater and we will seat you as normal.
- If you do not have printed tickets: please proceed to the CCM Box Office first when you arrive on campus so that we can provide you with a physical ticket for the performance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Do You Still Need To Buy Tickets For Upcoming Productions?
For the time being, CCM’s Box Office will only process sales for this week’s productions of the Student Choreographers’ Showcase and Cinderella. Tickets for those two productions can be purchased by credit card over the phone at 513-556-4183 or in person at the CCM Box Office. In-person purchases can also be made by cash or check. Patrons purchasing tickets from today forward will receive a physical ticket for their reservation, which will be held at our box office until the day of the show. When patrons arrive on campus for their performance, they should first visit the CCM Box Office to retrieve their ticket and then proceed to the theater.
