Check My Application Status

To check the status of your application, please follow the links below. On your Check My Status page, you can see if your pre-screening was submitted. Pre-screening fee payment(s) are submitted through CCM's Acceptd website. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email by Acceptd upon the submission of your pre-screening.
