CCMpower Awards and Grants
One of the most important ways CCMpower supports the arts community is through awards and grants that benefit CCM students and faculty. These opportunities are designed to encourage exceptional artistic work, enrich learning experiences, strengthen engagement with the arts community and support meaningful career development.
Current students are encouraged to take advantage of the financial support available through CCMpower. Students may apply multiple times, but may receive only one award in an academic year. Recipients may also be asked to attend a CCMpower Board of Trustees meeting or event to share their experiences and help inspire future applicants.
Funding Opportunities for Current Students
CCMpower Awards provide funding for extracurricular opportunities, academic or audition-related travel, creative projects, supplies and equipment, and other experiences that advance artistic development and collaboration. Current CCM students may receive one CCMpower Award of up to $500 per academic year.
Harmony Fund
The Harmony Fund supports artistic works that fight hate and prejudice through the performing arts. Members of the CCM community can submit proposals for Harmony Fund support.
Applications are open to CCM faculty and current students, and are accepted beginning July 1 of each academic year, with a deadline of September 1 to apply for the 2026-27 school year. Funding decisions will be made by the end of September.

Funding for Faculty
Faculty may apply for funding to bring guest artists to campus for masterclasses that enhance the educational and artistic development of CCM students. Funding of up to $500 is available per masterclass. To allow adequate time for review, applications should be submitted by the 15th of the month before the masterclass is scheduled to take place.
