Registration

All students participating in CCM Preparatory's Summer Programs must register online and submit a completed Medical Form and Alternate Pick Up Authorization to the Prep office. Tuition payments for summer programs are due at the time of registration.

*For any programs that require auditions, we recommend registering only after acceptance has been confirmed.

You can register and find more information on each program on CCM Prep's online registration website. Find courses in the “A to Z” index or in the “Summer for All Ages” links included in the menu on the left.

After registering online, submit completed forms to CCM Preparatory by email, mail or in person:
