Featured Thinking About Music Virtual Lecture

This virtual installment of CCM's Thinking About Music Series features a lecture by Michael Haas, a multiple Grammy Award-winning recording producer also known for his recovery of music lost during the Third Reich. The title of Haas' talk is “Hans or Hanuš: Winterberg’s Complex Tangles with the 20th Century.”

Get to know CCM’s newest faculty/staff members and unit heads

UC’s College-Conservatory of Music welcomes six new full-time faculty members and five new staff members to its roster of distinguished performing and media arts experts this fall. In addition, the college is also welcoming five current faculty members into new leadership roles for 2022-23.

CCM professor’s compositions featured in concert:nova performance

September 27, 2022

UC College-Conservatory of Music Composition Professor Michael Fiday will be celebrated in a retrospective program presented by concert:nova, a Cincinnati-based ensemble dedicated to innovative performances. The concert takes place on Saturday, October 1 at 7:30 p.m. in Myaamia Hall at ARCO Cincinnati, and will feature a wide selection of the Fiday’s award-wining output. Tickets are available online.
